The Telephoto zoom is ideal for Fujifilm X-series mirrorless cameras. It features a maximum focal length of 84-305mm.
The two additional low dispersion elements, which are known as Super ED elements, are also designed to reduce the effects of chromatic aberrations and color fringing in order to deliver high-quality images.
One of the aspherical elements of the lens is designed to limit the effects of spherical aberration and distortion in order to deliver greater accurate and sharp rendering.
The Super EBC coating on the lens' individual elements has been designed to reduce the effects of ghosting and flare in order to deliver better color fidelity and contrast when shooting in strong lighting conditions.
The lens's 4.5 stop optical image stabilization system is also designed to minimize the appearance of camera shake during low-light shooting.
The linear motor is also designed to deliver smooth and quiet autofocus performance, especially when shooting with fast-moving subjects, and the rounded seven-blade diaphragm of the lens is also designed to contribute to its out-of-focus quality, which is ideal for shooting with shallow depth of field techniques.
