When it comes to repairs, we at Woodland Hills Camera try to make life easy for you. Stop by our centrally located store and drop off your warranty or non-warranty repair.
Or if you don't live nearby or don't have time to drop off the equipment, you can ship it to us. You'll find all the details below.
Woodland Hills Camera offers free estimates. If we should find that your digital camera or video camera cannot be repaired, we will return it to you, and you will only be responsible for paying a small fee for shipping and handling. As always, it is up to you, the customer, to approve or refuse any new estimate. It has been our experience that most digital cameras and camcorders purchased within the last few years can be repaired economically.
And to ensure quick turn-around time on repairs and to make things more convenient for you, we are open six days a week.
We service point and shoots, SLRs and digital cameras, plus projectors, video equipment and more. We can repair almost everything from the latest in technology to antique equipment, providing availability of parts.

Shipping instructions:
Please call for a repair number prior to shipping any equipment. We will not accept packages without a repair number printed on the outside label. Warranty repairs must include proof of purchase.
